We securely store transcript records for an extended period of time to allow for auditing by local, state, and national regulating bodies. Should an audit occur, we will request your customer information in order to provide secure access to your continuing education transcripts.

AMT, Inc uses a secure database that maintains transcripts of continuing education credit for each participant. The transcript provides a detailed account of participant and workshop information and includes the total number of credit hours awarded, the title of the session(s), date, and location. Transcripts are available upon request by contacting AMT, Inc.

You can register for our courses four ways: by ordering online, by mail, by telephone, or by fax. AMT, Inc accepts credit cards and Paypal. You may register online through our secure server, call us with your card number, or include the credit card number when you mail or fax a registration form. We also accept checks made payable to AMT, Inc. Please allow 10 days for checks to clear once we receive the payment.
