Shipping Information:
We provide Free shipping on all U.S orders. We generally are able to ship orders within 24 business hours of your purchase. If we are unable to ship your order within 48 business hours, we will contact you and let you know why. Free shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Rush shipping is available at an additional charge. If you require rush shipping, please contact us prior to ordering, and we will provide you the cost for the shipping services that best suit your needs.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We are 100% committed to your satisfaction. If you find the course you purchased does not meet your needs or satisfaction, please contact us immediately via phone or email. We can discuss your concerns and best determine the recourse for resolution.

If using an eBook format, and you find the course will not meet your needs or satisfaction, you may receive 100% credit toward another course for up to 90 days from purchase. Return policy for eBook format courses is limited to one return per purchase.

If using a textbook format, you may return any unopened course material and receive a full monetary refund for up to 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, you may return any unopened course material and receive 100% credit toward another course for up to 90 days from purchase.

If you have opened your course material, and find the course will not meet your needs or satisfaction, you may return the course and receive 100% credit toward another course for up to 90 days from purchase. Return policy on opened course material is limited to one return per purchase.

You are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. Please contact us prior to shipping a return. Communicating your return intentions to us will help us fulfill your return needs in a timely manner.
