Do I have to pay sales tax for my course?
Advanced Massage Techniques is located in Iowa. Therefore, Iowa residents are subject to sales tax laws. Due to Local Option Sales Tax in some, but not all areas, we collect 6% sales tax for all Iowa sales. If you live in an area that has passed a Local Option Sales Tax, we will contribute the additional 1% sales tax for you.

Digital products are not subject to Iowa sales tax, therefore sales tax will only be collected on Textbook Courses and other printed materials.

Is there a deadline for completing a course?
Although there is no deadline for course completion, a timeline is included with every course to guide your pace. We have a sincere interest in your education process, and regularly check in with our students via email to answer questions and gauge progress.

Do you submit my CE Hours to NCBTMB or my state boards?
No. We mail your Certificate of Achievement and Transcript to you. You are responsible to submit your CE Hours to the appropriate parties.

In accordance with Florida Statute 456.025(7), we will submit CEU's to the Florida Board of Massage Therapy via CEbroker.com.

Can a friend use my course materials and also get credit for the course?
You may share your printed course materials with a friend. However, your friend will need to purchase an eBook version of the course to receive continuing education credit.

Is there a group rate for your courses?
No. Group members wishing to share one set of printed course material should purchase one textbook version of the course, with the remaining members purchasing eBook versions of the course. eBook courses are listed at 15% less than textbook courses. The incremental cost of the textbook course can then be divided among the group members.
