Ivy Hultquist is a licensed and nationally certified massage professional. She has spent the past decade studying and practicing as a massage and health professional.

Ivy's interest and curiosity in complementary and alternative medicine, which led her to the massage field, began at a very young age. Her father has been a chiropractor for forty years and her mother worked for ten years for a large essential oil bottler.

These lifelong experiences gave Ivy a variety of unique experiences and perspectives on the massage and bodywork field. She has taken advanced training in ashiatsu, clinical and outcome based massage, Aromatherapy, and prenatal, labor, and infant massage.

She brings her experience and knowledge to Advanced Massage Techniques to design unique continuing education courses specifically for massage professionals. Her goal is to encourage and assist other professionals to build and maintain their ideal practices.

She still maintains a private practice in her father’s clinic in her Iowa hometown.
